A russian teacher, Dmitri Lanko will give the course in St. Petersburg in English. The syllabus remains unchanged, which means that, with the exception of the Sakwa book, everything may be found in the compilations from Kopiutsalget ved Akademika: part 1, part 2 and part 3. The examination takes place in Oslo.
