Graders for the home examination were Kjetil M Larsen and Ingvill Thorson Plesner. Students may contact Kjetil M Larsen in order to have the result and/or grounds for the grade. Students must ask for grounds and/or grading result within one week after the posting of the grading result. Grading results delayed
The grading results are delayed. The results will be posted in Studentweb on 15 January.
Re Home Examination
The home examination is now published on the semester page and has to be submitted in Fronter no later than 13:00 (a.m) on 11 December. Please also see the other published document (related to the exam question - "The right to Peace").
Please note that the length of the home assignment should not exceed 5000 words. If the students exceed the word count, the essay will not be sent to grading.
New time for lecture # 10
Please note that Sevda Clark's lecture on socio-economic rights, which was cancelled on 27 November, will be held Wednesday 28 November at 10:15 to 12:00. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Please read the case Ilmari L?nsman v. Finland, UN Doc.CCPR/C/52/D/511/1992 (posted on the website), and the following UN instruments: UN Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities (1992), United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007), and Article 27 of the ICCPR.
Change of date and time for lecture

Term paper and oral debate
The text for the assignment will be announced on 3 Dec at 13:00 p.m, and the deadline for submission is 7 December at 13:00 p.m. Delivery of the paper is to be done in Fronter. Further instructions regarding the term paper and the oral exam will be given later.
The oral debates will be held on 29 and 30 November.
