This course in EC Substantive Law (MARLECSUB) corresponds with EC Substantive Law (JUTECSUB), the optional subject taught in English. MARLECSUB - EC Substantive Law, is intended for students attending the Master of Laws in Maritime Law. If you are accepted at this Master of Laws, you may use the code MARLECSUB when you enroll and register for exam.

To be allowed to take the exam in MARLECSUB - EC Substantive Law, you must be accepted at the Maritime Law (master).

Prerequisites

Formal prerequisite knowledge

No obligatory prerequisites beyond the minimum requirements for entrance to higher education in Norway.

Examination

6-hour written exam.
