Supplemental material (added spring 2018)
Lecture notes:
- Here is a list of lecture notes overlapping with our curriculum but often going into more detail:

Books:
For GR I highly recommend Sean Carrol's book, thorough and clear with a good section on cosmology:
- S. M. Carroll, Spacetime and Geometry: An Introduction to General Relativity, Addison Wesley (2004).
For early universe physics (thermodynamics, inflation etc) the classic reference is Kolb & Turner:
- E. W. Kolb, M. S. Turner, The Early Universe, Westview Press (1994).
For cosmology generally, Weinberg is a good reference. It is not a good book to learn Cosmology from, since it goes into tedious detail in all the arguments, but if you want to understand some detail that is skipped or handwaved away in a usual textbook (e.g. Dodelson), then this is the book to look at:
- S. Weinberg, Cosmology, Oxford University Press (2008).
Videos:
Videos from cosmology course at Perimeter Institute in Canada, overlaps fairly nicely with a lot that we have done:
