Since there is no teaching on Thursday this week, solutions to Problem set 13 will be discussed next Monday 14.15-16.00. Problem set 14 will be discussed on Thursday, May 21.
De studentene som har problemer med innlevering av oppgavesett 12 som oblig, pga prosjektoppgave den aktuelle uka, kan i stedet innlevere besvarelse p? oppgavesett 11 uka f?r. Oppgavesettet legges ut torsdag 23. april og innleveringsfrist blir da torsdag 30. april. Merk i s? fall besvarelsen med grunnen til en slik innlevering.

Problem set 12 will be a compulsory assignment (oblig). The problem set will be available from Thursday April 30, with deadline for submitting solutions Thursday May 7.
A formula collection for the course is now available. It can be used on the final Exam. The collection is available in English as well as Norwegian bokm?l and nynorsk.
The exercise class Thursday, March 26 is cancelled.
Problem set 8 will be discssed on Thursday, April 9 (the week after Easter).

There is a change in the time Lars has allocated for discussing questions concerning the problems in the midterm exam. The time he will be present for discussing the problems has been changed to Wednesday 12:15-14:00, in room ?455.

The problem set will be available from Friday morning this week. Deadline for submission of solutions will be Friday next week (March 20) before closing of Ekspedisjonskontoret. For those of you who have another home exam the same week (FYS 2140), the deadline is extended to Tuesday, March 24.

Problem set 4 is a compulsory hand-in exercise (oblig). The problem set will be available from Thursday February 12. Deadline for submitting solutions, Thursday February 19, before 14:00.
The midterm exam, which is a one week's home assignment, is scheduled for the period Friday, March 13 to Friday, March 20
The normal weekly schedule will be:
Lectures: Monday 14:15-16:00 and Thursday 10:15-12:00, first lecture January 19.
Exercises: Thursday 14:15-16:00, first time January 29.
An updated set of lecture notes will be available on the course page when the lectures begin. They will be used as textbook for the course.
