This year we will be using Github.uio.no for distribution, organization and submission of the laboratory exercise. To active your user all you need to do is to login with your UiO user credentials. When your user is activated you will eventually be added to the repository pages relevant for FYS4220. All course information will be published on the FYS4220 Github wiki, and ONLY there. 

Welcome to the the first lecture in FYS4220. It will take place Thursday August 25. at 10:15-12:00 in Lille Fysiske Auditorium (FY). It is important that you meet for this first lecture. There is limit to the number of students that can register for FYS4220. Students meeting for the first lecture will be given priority. If you are not able to attend please send me an e-mail to let me know (ketil.roed at fys.uio.no).
