The exam will be on Thursday June 9th from 10-12 - since this was the only time available for the external examiner. The exam will be on zoom and I will send you each a link for the zoom room.
We have organised an external examiner for the exam. Please fill in the poll for the exam here: https://nettskjema.no/a/271286
The exam will be as last year: You will provide three short presentations (up to 10 minutes). First of your project 4. Then you will select two other shorter parts. The following parts of the projects are suitable for a presentation. Notice that you may also need to present the context for a particular problem, which may mean that you need to present results from previous problems. Project 1 a,b,c,d,e,f,j,k,l,m ; Project 2 f (and what you need to solve f), g,h,i ; Project 3 (f,g,h + 1d n(s,p) ), (l, m, n + theory), (p,q + theory); Project 4 (r,s,t + theory). (Problems listed in the same set (x,y,z) are related and should be presented together).
The following project questions are most relevant for the exam. A good presentation at the exam should combine the following project questions into a presentation that demonstrates that you have a solid understanding for the subject: Project 1 (a,b,c,d,e,f,j,k,l,m) ; Project 2 f (and what you need to solve f), g,h,i ; Project 3 (f,g,h + 1d n(s,p) ), (l, m, n + theory), (p,q + theory); Project 4 (r,s,t + theory). (Problems listed in the same set (x,y,z) are related and should be presented together).
The first group session will be digital on zoom and will be headed by the group teacher Nicholas Karlsen. You can find the link in the schedule. We hope that the coming sessions will be physical. See you there!
We meet for a first lecture to discuss teaching this semester on thursday 20/01 from 1215 to 1300. You can find the zoom link in the "Timeplan"
