Plans for week 48

Dear, welcome to our last week of lectures.  Since many of you are busy with oral exams, I would like to suggest that we run our last two lectures via zoom only. The lectures will be recorded as usual and we can always organize an additional meeting to discuss the final oral exam later. 

The plans for this week are as follows:

Thursday:

a. Short repetition from last week

b. How to write your own coupled-cluster theory code, pairing model example

c. Coupled cluster theory, singles and doubles excitations, diagrammatic expansion

Friday:

a. Coupled cluster theory for singles and doubles excitations using a diagrammatic derivation

b. Summary of course and discussion of final oral exam
