Syllabus/achievement requirements

The syllabus of the course is covered to an acceptable extent by the book and papers listed below. Actually buying the book should not be considered obligatory (but it's a good book); we will provide lecture notes that should suffice for the oral exam.

Harald J. W. Müller-Kirsten, Armin Wiedemann: Introduction to Supersymmetry, 2010. World Scientific. ISBN: 981-4293-42-3. Second Edition. The book can also be found in the library (first edition) for consultation.

Stephen P. Martin: A Supersymmetry primer, http://arxiv.org/abs/hep-ph/9709356.

Fernando Quevedo, Sven Krippendorf, Oliver Schlotterer: Cambridge Lectures on Supersymmetry and Extra Dimensions, http://arxiv.org/abs/1011.1491.

The current version of the lecture notes. These will be updated throughout the lecture series, with a final version at the end of lectures.

Dates for the mandatory research project will be agreed upon between the students and the lecturer during the course in order to avoid collisions with assignments in other subjects.
