Welcome to Nanophysics! This course will allow you to understand physics behind the revolution in nanotechnology. It suits well physicists, materials scientists, and chemists. The course does not require exceptionally good mathematical skills or deep knowledge of condensed matter and statistical physics, but the enthusiasm and desire to learn are among the components necessary to reach the learning outcomes. Last Nobel Prizes in Physics and Chemistry are directly linked to Nanophysics. Nanophysics provides the basis of sustainable green economy and is very important to tackling adverse climate change and dealing with the environmental issues. After the course, you will be able to answer questions given in the link on this webpage and use acquired knowledge in your daily working life.
