Welcome to GEO4420: Glaciology!
finally, the canvas for this course is set up and populated...so I can reach out to you. Canvas will be the communication tool for this course, any future messages will be distributed through canvas.
some of you already have started taking the preparatory quiz on canvas, very good! in the meanwhile, I would like to encourage everyone else to work with this quiz to prepare the required background (or show that you already master it...). 
in addition, the collective results of the quiz will provide valuable information for us teachers about  where the class would benefit from extra input.
