Midterm pensum, and next week

Hi all -- there won't be any classes next week, just the midterm. That will cover material in the compendium up to and including spin down by Ekman friction. The exam is 1.5 hours long, hopefully enough time to get through. All the questions are multiple choice -- no need to worry about scanning papers. I'll be on a flight back to Oslo while you're taking it, so I won't be available for questions. But it should be self-explanatory. Good luck!
