Repos created

The GitHub repositories should all now be created at https://github.uio.no/IN3110. If you do not see a repo for you there:

1. Make sure you have logged into UiO GitHub
2. Check your email for an invitation to gain access to the repo
3. If you still don't see it, email us at in3110@simula.no with your UiO GitHub username
