Welcome to IN4340!

Hello everyone,

A warm welcome to IN4340, "Engaged Qualitative Research Methods"! In this course we will learn about engaged research, a participatory form of research that we use to study real-world problems from the perspectives of key stakeholders. We will go through different methods for conducting engaged qualitative research, and apply them to field cases from the domain of digital health. This will equip you to write a solid research proposal for your MSc thesis.

This course is assessed with a take-home exam that will be released in November. Essential readings are available in the course schedule, and a full pensum with supplementary readings and a list of recommended articles can be downloaded here.
