Assignment 1 Client input file

Dear all,

There was a mistake in the input file of client. 

The two request
- getNumberofCountries

- getNumberofCities

does not have the third "comp" argument. So you can assume that it is "min" by default for testing. 

I will upload the updated input file later today,
