The rule "L-receive" in the appendix of Exercise 6 was wrong and is corrected now. You find the corrected version of the exercise in the "Exercises" folder.

You can now find (possible) solutions for Oblig 2 in the folder for the obligs.

We didn't manage to do all exercises from Exercise Sheet 6 this week so we will do the remaining one (Exercise 4) next week.

As we now corrected all submissions for oblig 1 (including revised solutions), you can now find the (possible) solutions in the folder with the obligs.

Previous exams here. Please be aware that the content of the course has changed since 2022, so please ignore questions related to Hoare logic since this is no longer part of the curriculum. The solution for the exam of last year will be discussed during the group session on the 20th of November.

Because we did not cover everything that is needed to discuss exercise sheet 5, we will cover in this group session the exercises from sheet 4 that we did not cover last week and discuss common mistakes from the first oblig.

Exercise sheet 5 will be discussed in the following exercise session (22.10.2024).

The group session of today (18.09.2024) is canceled due to illness. Sorry for the inconvenience. However, you can still use the time to work on your own or with your peers on the exercises. Solutions to the exercises will be posted later in the week.

A reliable source for learning more about Java is JDK documentation. For concurrency in Java, one can e.g., go further in the web pages and check Concurrency, however, this might not be up to date according to the latest version of Java.

The exam is scheduled on the 28th of November. At the moment it is undecided if the exam will be written or oral, this will be decided later, depending on the number of students that will take the exam.
