Changes to Momentum tutorials

New files for (1/2) and (2/2) are now available. Here are the changes:

Changes in Setup Tutorial:
slide 8, typo in EMPRO_LICENSE_FILE: licesentollheimtu.dat -> licensetollheimtu.dat
slide 12, missing quotation mark: "/idf/config/.cdsinit -> "/idf/config/.cdsinit"
slide 13: Added information regarding that you need to source the session before "installing" setup.loc

Changes in Substrate tutorial:
Slide 17: Removed text "Hello world"
Slide 22, syntax error, remove parentheses around load():
