PSA regarding the Group Overview document

There were some faults with the one I put out earlier, so I deleted it! 

The new version has been uploaded. To clarify, please follow the tabs labelled "Iteration 1," "Iteration 2," and "Iteration 3" at the bottom of the Excel sheet. I have also removed the bad example, as some of you pointed out that it was very confusing. 

So sorry for the inconvenience!
