I added a collection of exams. It is not complete, and may be extended later, if time allows. Solutions are currently /not/ shown, as they the collection is intended to help preparing for the exam. That's best done by solving them by oneself (or at least attempting to) without having immediately the solution at the fingertips as well.
They are uploaded under the handout directory.
I uploaded the last batch of the slide + a pdf containing all the slides of the lecture. No more additional material will be added therefore (but there may be additional slides concerning exercises or old exams).
I added earlier this week info about the oblig-2 (which is contained
in the corresponding directory/tab). It includes slides, a description of the task, a document describing the ``byte-code''. Additionally zipped archives of code to start from.
Also the slides about RTE have been updated (there was a typo in one of the programs for call-by-name)
I repaired the typos in today's discussion and replaced the exercise
the typos in the attribute expression evaluation repaired. M.
It's in the oblig directory as zip file.
PS: use the version after 20:00, 23.2., the one before had forgotten 2 emtpy directories (which are needed to make the ant-file work without problems)
The slides from Eyvind are there, as wlll
see the corresponding tab and the tab/subdirectory "language specification".
Code snippets to be used will follow soon.
Slides for installment 04 and 05 have been updated
Slide numbered 30 in the installment 04-parsing.pdf has a typo (as some of you pointed out). It's A' (primed A) instead of A in the expanded form.
I will replace the slides with the corrected version during this week. M.
Hi,
in the TINY exercise of today's printout, the actual question was missing (besides repeating the TINY definition). I updated the exercise PDF accordingly.
I made versions of the slides without overlays (especially the last installments had a lot of ``incremental pictures'' which may be disturbing or waste of paper). I uploaded the versions to the corresponding subfolder.
I uploaded last year's suggestions for exercise 1. I may later add some more explanations.
hints for solutions will be available in the course of time. However,
they won't be available /immediately/ after the exercise hours itself. that's in order to give you the possibility to try your own attempt (again) using the hints and discussions during the exercise (without the temptation to simply look what a possible answer is).
I replaced the slides by a slightly updated one. In particular
I added the missing epsilon-arrow in Thompon's construction.
M.
I uploaded one batch of exercises corresponding to the material of today.
The slides are replaced as well (with the error in one of the definitions repaired).
Hi, I will put my material (slides etc) into sub-directories visible in the tabs on the left. They will hopefully be numbered and named consistently, so it should be easy to figure out which is which. The numbers won't correspond directly to "number of the week" or "number of the lecture", rather to one portion of covered material (like a one chapter). I typically won't hyper-link them in into the "timeplan".
for today: in one of the trees (the one with the type of the array a[index]) one of the nodes was incorrectly ``typed'' or annotated. I replaced the slides with the corrected version.
