Exam location: The exams will be held in Room 2164 "Delta".
Exam schedule: We have now submitted the final exam time schedule to the department administration. It should within a few days (at the latest on Friday May 25 I hope) be canalized onto the "Studentweb" system from where you will get an official message telling when you are to be examined.
If you are in more hurry to know the time and whether you are on Thursday May 31 or Friday June 1, please send an inquiry e-mail to svenpn[ at ] ifi.uio.no and I will reveal for you your exact time and date. / Peter
Mandatory assignment 2: All 9 students who delivered reports are approved. Well done! The reports will be handed back tomorrow Wednesday 9 at 12.15. Given your well-written reports, I don't find it necessary to go through the assignment from first to last exercise. However, if there are questions from you regarding the assignment, I will spend some 45 minutes answering them on Wednesday. /Peter

Please excuse us, there is a minor mistake in Mandatory Assignement 1, task 4 part 2: for an array of N infinitesimal-width elements separated by the pitch d, the total array aperture becomes (N-1)d, not Nd. [However when in addition each element has the extension d, the total aperture becomes N*d.]
We express our gratitude to the students who made us aware of the mistake.
