For they who like to use the rainful summer for something meaningful: We will basically assume familarity with chapters 1, 3 and (most of) 4 from Manning&Sch¨¹tzes (MS) book.

We will start the term with a crashs course in probability theory, MS ch. 2. Nivre's web course sec.1-3 is also useful.

We will then proceed with chapters 5&6 in MS.
