The book is sold out from the publisher and cannot be bought in the book store. However, we have copied some of the text relevant for the beginning of the course: You may pick up 3 copies from the administration: chapter 1 and 2 (in two parts) from which 2.1, 2.2, informal parts of 2.4 and 2.6 are relevant to the lecture 29.8. Exercises are given in a separate, third copy.
