Dear all; Many (but not me) noticed the missing figures in the ppt. This was - as many of you helped me understand - a result of the figure being linked instead of contained in the file. This, in turn, was because I copied the file from the compendium, in which I use linking throughout. I should have anticipated it, but didn't and instead learned the lesson once and for all plus wasted everyone's time. Sorry. Anyway: New file is uploaded.
