• Section 2.4.3, page 54:  4, 5 and 6
• Section 2.7.1, page 65:  4, 5, 6 and 7
• Section 2.8.1, page 70:  2, 4, 6, 7 and 8.

Some of these exercises will be solved in class during the next few weeks.
