Lecture cancelled today.
Next week we'll do some revision of the course and discuss Assignment 3.
I have updated Lecture Notes 1-4, with a bit more material, and illustrations.
Assignment 1 is now available from the "schedule", next to Lecture 2.
The deadline is Monday 14 September.
The second lecture will be tomorrow, Tuesday. However, this will be the exception: usually we will just have one lecture per week, on Mondays.
