The final lecture for this semester took place last Thursday. There will be an oral exam scheduled for Friday, December 1st. During this exam, you will be expected to respond to at least one question from each of the three sets of lecture notes. These questions will be similar in nature to those you encountered in the mandatory assignment. Make sure to prepare accordingly.

An oral examination is scheduled for this course, and it will take place on Friday, December 1.

I would like to remind you that the mandatory assignment for this course will consist of an oral presentation. The presentation is scheduled to take place in my office on Thursday, October 26, commencing at 9:00. There will be no lecture that day! Two weeks prior to this date, you will be provided with a selection of topics (theorems) from which to choose one. After making your selection, please inform me of your chosen topic. You will be expected to prepare a 15-minute chalk-and-blackboard presentation on the chosen topic, during which I may pose questions for further clarification or discussion. Please be advised that the use of additional aids is not permitted.
