Here is a new version of the lecture notes (with all errors and typos that I know of fixed, and with some improved explanations in some places).
There is an error in equation (7.23) (the de Casteljau algorithm for Bezier triangles): the minus signs in the subscripts should be plus signs:
c_i^r = \sum_{k=1}^3 \mu_k c_{i+e_k}^{r-1}.

Please note that it is sufficient to complete 3 of the 4 assignments
to be able to take the exam.
There is an error in the equation for B_{i,r} in Algorithm 1, bottom of page 42. The correct equation is
B_{i,r}(x) = ((x-t_i)/(t_{i+r}-t_i)) B_{i,r-1}(x)
+((t_{i+r+1}-x)/(t_{i+r+1}-t_{i+1})) B_{i+1,r-1}(x).
It is the same as equation (3.15), just with d replaced by r.
But the equation for c_i^r in Algorithm 2, page 43, equation (3.25) is correct. Both equations are needed for Assignment 3.
There will be 4 "compulsory" assignments in this course, but it is sufficient to complete just 3 out of the 4. The fourth assignment will involve more programming.
