September 27-28

This week, we started with Definition 4.8 and followed the book up to the proof of Dominated Convergence Theorem, for which I gave the results for a.e. case and next week, we will start with this theorem by proving  in probability version. This week, I solved the Exercises 2.4, 2.7, 2.41, 2.42, 3.19 and at additional exercise hour, Exercises 2.20, 2.17, 2.10 and 3.13 were solved, for which I won't upload course notes. You can check previous years for the solutions. Tentative plan for the next week is to start Section 5.1 and  reach to the end of Section 5.5. I will skip Section 4.3. Planned Exercises are 4.3 and 4.7. Next week, there won't be an additional exercise hour, later in semester, if we need, we arrange another one.
