Error in the mandatory assignment

In Problem 2 of the mandatory assignment we need to assume that the probability that the inhabitants vote NO, i.e., beta, is less than 1.

Moreover, to avoid unrealistic cases we also assume that the probability that a revolution breaks out, i.e., alpha, as well as the probability that a coup d'¨¦tat breaks out, i.e., gamma, are both less than 1. In the updated version of the assignment the new assumption is added at the end of the paragraph preceding subproblem 2a.
