Week 34: Introduction to the course. Sections 1.1 and 1.2 in the book by Aalen, Borgan, and Gjessing (ABG).
Week 35: Section 1.4 in ABG
Week 36: Sections 1.5 and 2.1 in ABG.
Week 37: Sections 2.2 and 2.3.1 in ABG.
Week 38: No lectures.
Week 39: Sections 2.3.2, 2.3.3, and 3.1 in ABG.
Week 40: Sections 3.3.1, 3.3.2 and 3.3.4 in ABG.
Week 41: Sections 3.3.5 and 3.4.1 i ABG.
Week 42: Section 3.4.2 and pages 111-114 (Chap 4) in ABG.
Week 43: Sections 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 in ABG.
Week 44: Section 4.1.3 (only page 119), Section 4.1.4, and Section 4.1.5 (only until line 2 from the top on page 127) in ABG. Model checking in Cox regression (see under "computing" week 44).
Week 45: Section 4.2 in ABG.
Week 46: Section 5.1, Section 5.2 (except 5.2.2) and Section 5.3 in ABG.
Week 47: Introduction to Chapter 6, Section 6.1, Section 6.2.1, Section 6.2.2, Section 6.3.1 (only to 17 lines from below on page 176), Section 6.3.3.
