Statistics for Inovation is a new centre for research-based innovation. The centre has The Norwegian Computing Centre as host institution and UiO and NTNU as accademic partners. In addition comes the partners Statoil, DnBNOR, Gjensidige, Hydro, Institute of Marine Research, Sencel, Biomolex, Pubgene, Rikshospitalet-Radiumhospitalet, Smerud Medical research and Spermatech. The establishment of the centre opens up for a number of exciting oportunities for young statisticians.
