October 19 Revised

We'll postpone Section 10.5 for a week and the European Union Solvency II regulation regime will be introduced in its place. This is part of the curriculum of the course, and is introduced as part of the oblig. A preliminary note (entitled "Oblig") is on the web and the first three sections will be presented. Section 4 of this  oblig note will be revised shortly and the entire note will be finished and  available from the afternoon of October 20 and onwards.
