A tentative description of the part of the curriculum which is based on Carlin & Louis is as follows: Chapters 1 (most), 2 (most), 3 (but only part of Section 4), 4 (only 4.1), 5 (Sections 1, 2, 5), 7 (parts), 8 (parts).
