The session on Quality assessment has been moved to day 8. In session 3 we will discuss the managerial role in detail. We are going to discuss the competing value approach and I recommend you to try to take the Competing Values Skills Surveys You should especially read BMM chapter 1 and 10 but also chapter 3 and 4 in HCM.
