Once the results of your exam have been published you are given the opportunity to review your answer paper, the exam questions and the assessment guidelines. The results are published on 27 June and the review can take place on either 4 or 6 July.

The result for the digital exam MED5600 (module 6) held 21.06.18 is now available in Studentweb.
Attention, Incoming Exchange Students: Please do not register for a new semester - you can see your results by clicking the menu icon in the upper left corner.
If you want to know the points from your digital exam you can contact MED-studieinfo by sending an e-mail from your student email to med-studieinfo@medisin.uio.no. Remember to write the name of the exam you attended. The points will be available til and including 18 July 2018.
Dear students,
Please remember to hand in your attendance books before 15.00 tomorrow, 15. June, as they need to be approved before you can sit your exams.
The books should be returned and sign for in Room B1.3099 at Rikshospitalet.
The last journals have been marked and must be collected from Barnemottaket at Ullev?l, no later than Thursday 14. June.

Please make sure that you have enough approved journals. The deadline is today.
Check the Google document to ensure that everything is in order. The teachers are still working on the last submitted journals, but give a notice if something is missing.
Journals from Ahus are approved and ok when you receive a confirmation from your teacher. In the Google spreadshhet it shall say Ahus.
The x for picking up journals at Barnemottaket does not apply to journals from Ahus.

A systematic review of all cases in the microscopy course will find place in the microscopy room ("Kurssalen") on Tuesday , June 12th, from 16.30 to appr. 19.30. (If start is too early for larger groups of students, the start may be delayed. Please let us know.)
Cecilie Alfsen will be present in the microscopy room on Monday and Tuesday, June 11th-12th. Ben Davidson will be present on Thursday 14th.
Due to absence, no teacher will be present on Wednesday.
Dear students,
Please remember to collect your paediatric journals at Barnemottaket - Ullev?l. This is a requirement for a final approval.
Check the Google document to see whether your journals have been x'd out. Journals marked as yellow are still pending approval. Please notify the teachers asap if something looks incorrect.
The deadline for submission of your paediatric journals is 6. June.
Due to your missed microcourse last Friday, Groups 1-9, 17 and 27 are welcome to attend the course tomorrow at 12.30.
If you are unable to make it tomorrow, the Microscopy Room/Kurssalen will be reserved for exam practice in the afternoons of week 24. Your teacher can take you through the course during this time.

Use the following procedure to book a room:
- Enter: Rombestilling (room booking)
- Define area (Omr?de): Rikshospitalet
- Define building (Bygning): Rikshospitalet B
- Define room (Romtype): Spesialrom
- Tick required room and click Bestill (book)
Any student can book timeslots of max. 2 hours, up to 10 days in advance. Although technically possible, bookings exceeding 2 hours are not accepted, they can be deleted by the administration and will be addressed by the student instructors.

Det er Helsedirektoratet som tildeler student-/midlertidig lisens etter avlagt og best?tt eksamen i modul 6: https://helsedirektoratet.no/autorisasjon-utdanning-og-godkjenning.
Lisensen skal v?re klar dagen etter eksamen. Dere/arbeidsgiver vil da kunne s?ke opp HPR-nummeret i helsepersonellregisteret (HPR).
Studieseksjonen sender inn liste over studenter som kan f? midlertidig lisens til Helsedirektoratet, f?r og etter at sensur foreligger. Dersom noen stryker p? eksamen sender vi inn en ny liste over dem og den midlertidlige lisensen blir tilbakekalt inntil eksamen er best?tt.

- Skriftlig materiale vedr?rende pasienter og pasientbehandling er juridiske dokumenter.
- Lovlig journalbruk.
- Journaler er omfattet av taushetsl?ftet, hvilket betyr at kun de som har med den enkelte pasient ? gj?re kan gj?re oppslag i opplysningene - og at disse opplysningene under ingen omstendighet m? komme p? avveie.
Disseksjonssalen (2) er ?pen fra kl. 8:00 til 18:00 i uke 12 samt 3. og 4. april (1). Det ligger modeller tilgjengelig hele tiden.
