To Incoming Exchange Students leaving Oslo now

Dear Incoming Exchange Student having followed MEDSEM9 Autumn 2014,

If you are leaving Oslo now, you might have some questions regarding paperwork which I hopefully answer below.

Erasmus students:

-make sure you do not leave without your Learning Agreement signed by me

-Attendance forms can be signed by me or Knutepunktet

All Exchange Students:

-Your Transcript of Records cannot be edited before the results are published, so the procedure is as follows:

1 - email sent to inform you and Your university about the result

2 - Transcript of Records in pdf-format sent via email

3 - Transcript of Records will also be posted to Your universities

If you need to see me, you can come to Sogn Arena, 2nd floor, Wednesday 13/01/15 10.30-11.30 or 13-15, Thursday 14/01/15 13-15 or Friday 15/01/15 10-11.
