Today at 15.00: Medfak 200 years: What has happened in medicine since 1814.

The medical faculty at UiO celebrates its 200 years this autumn.

In week 4 (8.-12. September), there will be a number of jubilee lectures and seminars for our students and anyone interested in what goes on at our Faculty. But already today, we have the pleasure to welcome our first jubilee-lecturer, hematologist and professor in medical history from  Queens, Canada, Jacalyn Duffin.

She will talk today, 21st August, 15.00-15.45 in Runde Auditorium, Domus Medica, about medical history since 1814.

Jackie is a brilliant lecturer, and her talk does not require prior knowledge in medical history.

Hope to see you there!
