Term paper 2 has been marked and graded. All 57 papers were accepted (although some were very weak). If you didn't get your paper back in class today, you can pick it up from the department reception on the 12th floor. A.S.
The lecture schedule for the remainder of the term has been revised. Please consult the revised schedule via the link under "Forelesningsplan/Lecture schedule". Also note that on the final exam in this course you are allowed to use all written material (books, notes, etc.) as well as pocket calculators. I've said this several times, but it seems that not everybody has heard it. Note, however, that you yourself are responsible for having fresh batteries etc. A.S.
On the problem sheet handed out at the lecture today, I accidentally listed the same problems from EMEA for the week 31 Oct - 3 Nov as for this week. The correct numbers are given in the link under Seminaroppgaver/Seminar problems as well as here. Note that this only affects the problems from EMEA. The problem numbers in LA and the exam problem collection are OK. Sorry about the inconvenience! A.S.
Remember that this week is a "reading week". There are no lectures or seminars in ECON3120/4120 this week. The next lecture is on Monday 24 October.
Compulsory term paper no. 2 is now available. If you got your copy at the lecture today, please note that the deadline was incorrectly given as Friday 27 October. The correct deadline is Thursday 27 October, as previously announced. The correct date is also given on the version available from this page.

There is an embarrassing misprint in Problem 5(b) in Compulsory term paper 1 (both English and Norwegian). The integration should be with respect to x, so please correct dt to dx. The versions on the web have now been corrected. Arne Str?m
Compulsory term paper no. 1 is now available. If you cannot wait until the lecture on Monday to get the paper, you can find a copy in the bookshelf with "seminar boxes" in the open area opposite room 1247, or you can download it from the link on the left.
The problems for the seminars in the week 5-9 September are all taken from the textbook (the same problems in the Norwegian and the English book). If you have not been able to get hold of the English textbook yet, you can find copies of the pages with the problems in the bookshelf with the "seminar boxes" on the 12th floor.
Lecture 1 has changed place. New place is: auditorium 3, Eilert Sundt's building.
