Note that exercises for week 48 have been given. Since there are no seminars that week, the solutions will be put on the net Wednesday 29 Nov. Note also that a sketch solution to the ordinary exam for autumn 2005 will be put on the net shortly.

Written paper III (and earlier not collected term papers) can be collected at "ekspedisjonskontoret" 12th floor, ES, from Friday 17 Nov.

Missing info in supplementary exercise 6: Add the following sentence right after (3) on page 3: "In addition we assume that the error terms, e(i) and v(i), are uncorrelated."

Exercises to week 41: By an unfortunate slip the exercise numbers were only given for Rice ed. 2. The corresponding exercise numbers from edition 3 are as follows: Chapter 4, no.: 75, 81, 82, 83, 85, 100. The hint refers to ex no 85. The rest of the info should be ok.

STATA course: It is recommended that you print out a copy of the tutorial, that is now available, to bring with you to the STATA session on Monday (11/9) or Tuesday (12/9). It is the tutorial you are going to work with.
