Note that I have added a few minor corrections an additions to "Supplement to lecture week 44". The additions are under "Conditions" and at the end of the note.
I discovered that the Stata instructions I gave for the graphs in the no-seminar-exercises for this week, referred to an older version of Stata. I have now updated the instructions (in case you had trouble reproducing those graphs).
