I posted notes on Unvertainty and Permanent Income Hypothesis (PIH) as well as for Asset Pricing.
I post the PIH notes (Section 7.3 of the notes) now as they are relevant for tomorrow's class when we continue to discuss labor supply in a dynamic model.
As you can see from the new syllabus, the asset pricing notes are only relevant for the last two lectures.
I had to modify Ex 4.2 (f) and to delete (g) because of an error. I will provide full solutions to the updated parts in Exercise 4.2 this Friday.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Andreas
This is just a reminder that we have a lecture today, September 23rd.
To stay synchronized with the lectures, we set up a problem set 0 (on the Solow model and the static competitive equilibrium) which will be discussed in the seminar taking place between 1.-4. September 2014.
The already posted problem set 1 (on Ramsey's growth model) will be discussed in the seminar of the following week taking place between 8.-11. September 2014.
Best, Andreas
