Corrections have been made to lecture 9, slide 13. I forgot to add (1/alpha) to the r(t) terms. This has now been corrected, see the Davig and Leeper paper for further details.

The presentation package for the Friday seminar is now complete.

The presentation package for the Wednesday seminar is now complete.

Both seminar presentation packages have been updated with the presentations held at seminar 5.

Corrections have been made to lecture 11 slides 43 and 44 on 14 April 2015. The correct slides have been uploaded.

There has been a small correction on slide 49 in lecture 11. "Concave" should be "convex".

The unannounced midterm quiz was held at today's lecture and has been uploaded on the web. The two winners, who win a full day at Norges Bank - as well as a diploma (and lots of glory!), will be announced at lecture 13, on 24 April.  

Norges Bank's Monetary Policy Report 1/15 is now on the web. The report was published on 19 March, 2015. The report is on the reading list for lecture 10.

Seminar 4 for the Friday group, originally scheduled for Friday 20 March, has been moved to Friday 27 March, same time and place.

Lecture 10 and lecture 13 have switched place, and the reading list for the two lectures on monetary policy and financial stability has been shortened.

Both seminar presentations, with schedule of presenters, are now on the web. The packages will be updated with the new presentations after each seminar.

The lecture plan has been updated with guest lecturer for the guest lecture on 27 February
