Lectures 7–13 (by Michael Hoel) Unlike for the first 6 lectures, I will not be giving comprehensive lecture notes for the remaining lectures. For each lecture I will make a one page summary of main issues, with references to the relevant readings. I will try to place these on the net by the morning of my lecture day. To get as much as possible out of my lectures, I strongly recommend that you use a few hours reading the relevant texts before each of my lectures.
