Answer Problem 2 - Seminar 2

Under "Seminar Problems" you find the answer to Problem 2. This is an article, like an interview, with Robert Solow, which is very nice reading, with the appendix (p. 5 - 14) providing the answer to Problem 2 in  Seminar Set 2.
