Requirement:

Wilh Wilhelmsen ASA is about to implement a new technology program worldwide, called NetConnect. NetConnect will align the way the customers perceive WWs deliveries. Furthermore NetConnect will enable HQ to analyse reports in a more structured way than earlier. The implementation might change the way employees work, and this might create some disturbance.

Theoretical part:

1. You are the organisational pedagogue in WW, and your task is to plan the learning design for the implementation of NetConnect. What considerations would you make? Discuss their relevance and importance.

2. Describe and discuss the learning design you would recommend for this purpose. Use a blended learning model, including e-learning.

Practical part:

1. Design and develop an e-learning module of your choice that would be part of the NetConnect training package.
