This is what it is like to be newly hired in our company
Marsh McLennan has an intensive 18-month graduate program that provides you with in-depth knowledge of Marsh McLennan's business and lays the foundation for an exciting career in risk management and people strategy. You will be able to rotate 3 times during the program to different departments, which will give you valuable insight on different topics and industries.
As a newly hired, you will be welcomed by our colleagues and be given introduction of the company. You will receive guidance from leaders, coworkers and your buddy, and a plan on how to develop your career and personal skills as your growth is our priority. We have a buddy program where you will be assigned to a buddy that has a different background than you, who will give you advice on career, personal growth and be your support when needed.
