EyeHub invites: An eye-tracking workshop with Camilo Rodriguez Ronderos

EyeHub is happy to announce that we will arrange a workshop with 4 sessions (2 hours per session) led by Camilo Rodriguez Ronderos, on the theory and practical use of eye-tracking as a scientific tool. 

The course will be limited to 15 participants. Anyone can register, but preference will be given to participants considering or planning to use eye-tracking in their MA-thesis, already has some basic knowledge on eye-tracking, and can attend all sessions.

Session dates and topics:

24.05., 14:00-16:00, Henrik Wergelands hus, room 536Theoretical Introduction to the use of Eye-tracking for experimental research in cognitive science

25.05., 14:00-16:00, Henrik Wergelands hus, room 536Practical introduction on how to create an eye-tracking experiment using the EyeLink 1000

30.05., different groups will attend at different times throughout the day, Henrik Wergelands hus, 4th floorTraining session on data collection: testing participants in the lab and extracting results

31.05., 14:00-16:00, Henrik Wergelands hus, room 536Brief overview of the data analysis pipeline. EyeHub provides pizza for all participants. 

An emphasis will be placed on eye-tracking during reading.
