Research Centres for Environment-friendly Energy (FME)
The research centres for environment-friendly energy (FME) carry out long-term research projects aimed towards sustainable energy, energy efficiency, carbon capture and social sciences.
The centres should work towards the development of business potential and innovation. The research is conducted in close collaboration between research environments, businesses, and public administration.
International collaboration and research education is a key part of the responsibilities the centres are tasked with through their years of longevity, which can be up to a total of eight years.
