Reset from Company Portal
Reset from Company Portal removes personal files, apps, and settings, reusing your PC's original settings. After the reset, the PC is ready for the next user to log in and use it.
How long does the process take?
It can take up to 5 minutes to start the process. Once the process has started a restart is required, which will finish the process during the restart.
The entire process can take up to 30 minutes.
How to start Reset?
- Start Company Portal from the start menu
- Click on Devices

- Click on Actions(1), and then Reset(2)

- Click on Reset

- Start a sync, and the reset will start almost immediately.
