Sync Windows with intune

Manual synchronization forces the PC to download settings and policies from Intune. This can help speed up resets, downloads, and installing apps.

Synchronization from the Company Portal

  1. Start the Company Portal-app.

  2. Select Settings > Sync.

  1. On the Start menu select Settings/Settings

  2. Select Accounts/Accounts

Select Access work or school

Click on Connected to the University of Oslo's Azure AD

Connect to the University of Oslo's Azure Ad in the menu.

Click on Info

Look for the section Device sync status and click Sync

In some cases, this page will contain a message in red about the need for authentication.

Press Sync and a new window will appear. Select your account which will appear in the new window and you will be asked to approve authentication.
